Leadership
Bianca Pomaga — Founder & Managing Consultant
With over 20 years in supply chain and operations, Bianca brings deep expertise in site and regional leadership roles spanning more than a decade, overseeing supply chain operations, production relocations, and process standardization. She has driven ERP transformation as part of the core SAP implementation team (key user for MM, SD, PP) and is an APICS-certified professional.
Her training includes the Harvard ManageMentor Program and leadership programs with Ascendis and AIMS, equipping her to combine operational impact with strong people development. Bianca’s approach blends strategic vision with hands-on experience to help organizations thrive through change.
